Applications are now being accepted for the Kraft Center Community Health Champions Award. This award will recognize Massachusetts-based community organizations and Mass General Brigham (MGB) programs or individuals dedicated to improving community health. Through an internal MGB nomination process, two community-based organizations and one MGB program or individual will each be awarded $2,500. Successful nominations will demonstrate the organization or individual’s impact and commitment to improving community health.

Applications are due on May 29, 2025.
